Foothill captured its fourth consecutive U.S. Lacrosse Southern California Division 1 title in defeating Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach), 14-12, Friday at Valencia High in Placentia.

Foothill’s boys lacrosse team captured its fourth consecutive county title Tuesday night . . . while the girls lacrosse team loses to Los Alamitos.
Foothill Tennis falls to Troy in first round
The main bright spot for Foothill was the play of No. 1 singles player Jon Huang. Huang, highly ranked by the Southern California Tennis Association, defeated Troy’s No. 1, Caryl Hernandez, 6-2.
